Crucial Steps to Solving PC Problems
Some of these steps can actually be used to solve other problems or be a means to acquire answers to questions not related to computers.

Breaking Things Down Into Smaller Pieces
I once learned from a book that everything can be simplified into smaller and more basic blocks of understanding. That even the most feared subjects such as Calculus can be broken down into simpler elements and understood more easily. I have found this to be true as I am currently taking Calculus 2 at UVU. The subject can sometimes appear difficult and sometimes impossible to understand. But being able to break complex ideas into simple pieces is a great learning strategy.
Asking Plenty of Questions
My professor in my computer programming class suggested that we make sure we understand what every detail of a computer application does to truly understand it. I think that asking enough questions and asking the right questions can lead you to understanding things more fully. It seems like there can be gaps in our learning. We may understand one thing but not another. The Internet is amazing because it allows you to ask questions not only from Google's search engine but from places called forums. If you do not know about forums, it would do you some good to do some research. Basically they are places where people discuss certain topics, ask questions, and supply answers. It is like text messaging on a website.
If you would like to know where a forum is for your particular question or subject of interest Google search something like this: "PC help forum" or "dog training forum" or "forum about philosophy" and so on...
Finding Tutorials
The Internet is chalk full of tutorials. Tutorials that describe how to do things in Photoshop, how to make a website, and so on... If you would like to find step by step instructions on something that you would like to accomplish do a Google Search of something like "Proper Gardening Tutorial". These types of searches will give you great information and head in on the path to understanding computers or another subject more fully.
Be Passionate
If you REALLY want to learn something in this world you have to learn to be passionate about it. I once read that "emotion is the movement of thought". This is very true if you consider many successful, and famous people in history such as Martin Luther King, Mozart, and even Hitler for that matter.
Getting interested in computers or a subject can help you ten times ten.
I hope this post has helped you.
